VIDEOKALL UNMANNED MICRO CLINIC SOLUTION
The world's first guided self-service Telediagnosis service platform is based upon a patient-centered, Unmanned Micro Clinic (UMC) integrated with a distant medical call center. Unlike conventional telehealth we plan to offer a superior Telediagnosis service which is defined as ‘A diagnosis that is made at a remote location and is based on the evaluation of data transmitted from instruments that monitor the patient and a transfer link to a diagnostic center’
CLINICSTOP will be able to provide a Telediagnosis service through its patented and patent pending technology.
The UMC cabin is equipped with an air sanitization system, an automatic medical instrument cleaning system, and other support systems. These patented and patent pending systems keep the cabin fresh and instruments clean for each new patient. Nurse Practitioners (NP) at a hospital-based call center have robotic control over certain instruments and can conduct virtual medical examinations of patients who are applying vital signs devices, as instructed, over a private, broadband, two-way, audio-video link. Patients include those with chronic illnesses for monitoring and medicine adjustments, seasonal illnesses or needing triage services, assessment of cardiac and respiratory symptoms, skin conditions, and certificates for schools and camps. Typical patient outcomes include advice, prescriptions, and referrals to labs, physicians, hospitals and specialists local to the patient, per a prequalified list of companies. The advice and treatment is estimated to cover 30% to 50% of outpatient needs without the need for a physician visit. Even a 33% usage rate would save the healthcare system $8.2B annually.
